Sepand Moshiri
Involved in various phases of start-ups, funding and acquisitions, Sep serves as a change agent within the cardiovascular innovations industry while executing tactical problem solving solutions. In 2010, he was instrumental in the creation of CardioNexus Corporation (Fairway Medical Technologies & Panasonic NA) to deploy an innovative diagnostic platform. From 2018-19, Sep served as the President of CorVitals of Texas Inc. (now, ARTELLA Solutions Inc.), the pioneering MCT monitoring and Digital Health organization which he co-founded. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Ramsey Financial Group (RFG), a single-family office which manages the Leo B. Womack Family Trust companies and is the largest shareholder of ARTELLA.
Within management roles in both the Cardiology/Urology and US Government Relations divisions at Pfizer, Inc., Sep developed multi-faceted teams in preparation for launches of emerging first-in-class products throughout leading healthcare systems including VA Medical Centers and The Texas Medical Center. This propelled his significant long-term value at complex matrix medical device organizations. Through his consulting and sales executive roles, Sep led business turnaround in various healthcare entities while enforcing sweeping departmental changes coupled with growing P&L responsibility.
Sep was a founding shareholder and built the Client Operations vertical of the unique mobile 3D Mammography imaging network, Covia Health, whose mission was to define preventative healthcare in women within large-cap employers. At the Utilization Management company WNS-HealthHelp, he oversaw a $60M P&L and led a high performing group to manage 5.2M lives for its largest client, Humana, Inc., while negotiating large Medicare and Commercial Insurance contracts. This served as a precursor to founding and establishing ARTELLA as an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) to achieve In-Network status with all Payors.
Sep is a Houston Chapter Founder and Co-Chair, Sponsorship Committee of the Private Directors Association (PDA); Board Member at Fairway Medical Technologies; Board Member at ARTELLA; Board Director at Liprostin Group; Business Advisory Board at RedCrow (direct investment platform); Advisory Board at The Health Museum.
Sep received a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology with honors from Vanderbilt University and an MBA with highest honors from University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business.

Leo Womack
Throughout his career, Leo has sought to invest in exceptional people and companies, where he maintains a leadership role in financial planning and execution. Currently, this is accomplished through his position as CEO of Ramsey Financial Group (operating as a family office (http://www.ramseyfg.com) where he manages and controls the investment portfolio of his family trust. The firm and trust were established in 1992 and the investments within the trust are diversified into real estate and private and public companies.
For over 30 years, Leo has been president of Gulf Equities Realty Corp. The firm manages a significant portfolio (www.gulfequities.com) of real estate assets in the greater Houston area.
More recently Leo became the chairman of Petrolia Energy Corporation, (http://www.petroliaenergy.com) a small oil and gas company with a business strategy of acquiring proven, producing reserves, using technology to enhance reserve recovery.
Leo is the founder of CorVitals of Texas Inc. (now, ARTELLA Solutions Inc.) and serves as its Chairman of the Board.

Lynne’s private sector experience is coupled with participation as an active board member for 22 non-profits while founding two Foundations. She currently sits on the Advisory Council of The Ransom Center at the University of Texas and the Advisory Board of the Hobby School of Public Policy at the University of Houston.
